Oregon PRIMA events

We hope to see you at each of our in-person events. Networking within our community is a huge part of our mission. We hold two annual events, a Spring Education Session in April, and Fall Conference in October. Past events have been held at The Driftwood Shores Resort, Riverhouse on the Deschutes, FivePine Lodge & The Oregon Garden, among others. Don't forget to fill out your conference/event survey when you attend so that you can tell us where you want us to consider going next, and what topics are most relevant to you!   • We will be hosting the 2027 Spring Education Session in the Salem area.
  • Annual Fall Conference will be held at the Best Western Hood River in October 2027.

Oregon PRIMA Spring Education Session

Registration is now open for the Oregon PRIMA Spring Conference, hosted at the FivePine Lodge & Conference Center in Sisters, Oregon. This year's event offers a topically diverse program, meaningful networking, and the chance to gather in one of Central Oregon's most scenic settings.

The conference will include a legal update, a session on financial risk management, a presentation on the use of artificial intelligence in emergency operations, and a discussion on abuse and molestation insurance considerations. A full agenda will be released soon as final details are confirmed. Attendees pursuing Risk Management Certification will be able to earn applicable credits. 

A limited room block is available for Thursday, April 9th, and Friday, April 10th. Rates are $170 for Thursday and $249 on Friday. Rooms may be reserved using the following link: OREGON PRIMA LODGING BLOCK, or by calling 541-549-5900. Please reference the Oregon PRIMA event to receive the contracted rate. 

Please register early to avoid a late registration fee of $20 after March 20th. Refunds will not be given after that date. If you cannot attend, please consider sending an alternate.
