Oregon PRIMA events

We hope to see you at each of our in-person events. Networking within our community is a huge part of our mission. We hold two annual events, a Spring Education Session in April, and Fall Conference in October. Past events have been held at The Driftwood Shores Resort, Riverhouse on the Deschutes, FivePine Lodge & The Oregon Garden, among others. Don't forget to fill out your conference/event survey when you attend so that you can tell us where you want us to consider going next, and what topics are most relevant to you! 2026 Events

2026 Spring Education Session: Held at FivePine Lodge & Cabins in Sisters, Oregon on Friday, April 10, 2026.
Annual Fall Conference: Held at the Best Western Agate Beach in Newport, Oregon from September 30, 2026 through October 2, 2026. This year, attendees may order a custom t-shirt from BG Wearable Designs. Orders must be received no later than 10 pm on 9/11/26, and will be available for pick up at the conference.

2027 Events

We will be hosting the 2027 Spring Education Session in the Salem area.
Annual Fall Conference will be held back in Hood River in October 2027.

Registration is open for the Oregon PRIMA 2024 Fall Conference! Come and be part of an enriching experience in the scenic Hood River from October 16th to the 18th, hosted at the Best Western Plus Hood River Inn.

This year's conference promises to be an inspiring journey as we learn to turn obstacles into opportunities with Hoan Do, an acclaimed motivational speaker, author, and American Ninja Warrior finalist. Engage in a variety of sessions ranging from workers' compensation to advanced investigations, procurement, and enterprise risk management.

Join us for the Annual Banquet and Signature Event on Thursday with Noteworthy Dueling Pianos, and a "Sasquatch Run" on Friday morning. Don't miss out on the opportunity to connect, learn, and grow. Register today and secure your spot at this premier event!

Cancellation Policy If you cannot attend, please send a substitute. If you cannot find a substitute, we will refund the cost of registration for any cancellations received by October 2, 2024. Cancellations after that date will be reduced by 50%, and no refunds will be provided after October 9, 2024. Contact [email protected] regarding cancellations.

Food Lunch is not provided on Wednesday; however, we will have appetizers at the Welcome Reception. On Thursday, we will provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. On Friday, we will provide a light breakfast. Please note any dietary restrictions when you register.

Guests Bring a guest to the Banquet and Signature Event for $65. You can pay for an additional guest at registration or contact [email protected] to add a guest after registration.

Hotel We negotiated special rates for guest rooms on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Rate is $159 - $275 depending on room selection. Use this room reservation link to reserve for October 16th and/or 17th, or call 541-386-2200 to reserve outside of those dates. Mention Oregon PRIMA when you call. Standard rates apply after September 16, 2024.

Presentation Materials Presentation materials will be posted on the website after the conference.
