Oregon PRIMA events
We hope to see you at each of our in-person events. Networking within our community is a huge part of our mission. We hold two annual events, a Spring Education Session in April, and Fall Conference in October. Past events have been held at The Driftwood Shores Resort, Riverhouse on the Deschutes, FivePine Lodge & The Oregon Garden, among others. 2026 Events
- ClearRisk presents a webinar on 7/23/36 - "The Importance of Data Collection: Helping Risk Teams Move from Reactive to Proactive Decision-Making"
- Annual Fall Conference will be held at the Best Western Agate Beach in Newport Oregon from September 30, 2026 through October 2, 2026.
2027 Events
- We will be hosting the 2027 Spring Education Session in the Salem area.
- Annual Fall Conference will be held at the Best Western Hood River in October 2027.

The Agenda
The Agenda for the 2013 Annual Fall Conference has been finalized with another great line up of speakers, topics, entertainment and networking opportunities! Mark your calendar and get registered so you don't miss a single minute! The conference will offer sessions on the accomodation of disabilities, managing young workers, preventing and responding to bullying, insurance market, liability, workers compensation and employment law updates. Accomplished speaker and consultant, Robin Rose, will share her tips and tools for how to be your best under pressure and reducing stress and burnout in her keynote and general sessions.
Join your friends and colleagues on Thursday for an evening of great food, catching up and laughs with the improv comedy of "Brainwaves!"
Lodging
Reservations can be made by contacting Salishan directly at 1-800-452-2300 or 1-888-SALISHAN to reserve your room. To receive the conference nightly room rate of $84 per diem (government/state rate with government ID) or $129 single/double (non-government) traditional room [additionally, deluxe rooms are available for $149, premier rooms for $169, and executive suites for $750 per night], you must identify as an attendee of this event when making the reservation. There is a local tax of 10% and a $9.50/night resort fee. Please request any special room arrangements when making your reservation. Reservations made after September 2nd will be subject to availability and the prevailing nightly room rate at the time.
Check-in time is 4:30pm on the arrival date. Checkout time is noon on the departure date. A valid credit card will be required at check-in or a deposit equal to one night's stay and full payment is required at the time of checkout.
