Oregon PRIMA events
We hope to see you at each of our in-person events. Networking within our community is a huge part of our mission. We hold two annual events, a Spring Education Session in April, and Fall Conference in October. Past events have been held at The Driftwood Shores Resort, Riverhouse on the Deschutes, FivePine Lodge & The Oregon Garden, among others. 2026 Events
- ClearRisk presents a webinar on 7/23/36 - "The Importance of Data Collection: Helping Risk Teams Move from Reactive to Proactive Decision-Making"
- Annual Fall Conference will be held at the Best Western Agate Beach in Newport Oregon from September 30, 2026 through October 2, 2026.
2027 Events
- We will be hosting the 2027 Spring Education Session in the Salem area.
- Annual Fall Conference will be held at the Best Western Hood River in October 2027.

2022 Spring Educational Session
Registration is open for OR-PRIMA's Annual Spring Education Session which will be held Friday, June 17, 2022. The theme this year is Risk In A Post-Pandemic World and the sessions to be presented are: Navigating the Unknown with Current Workforce Challenges, OR-OSHA Rules & Legislative Updates and Workplace Considerations for Minors and Volunteers. The complete agenda with session descriptions are included in the attachment.
Registration includes coffee service and lunch and the cost is $55 for members and $75 for non-members; after May 27th registration will increase by $15. No refunds will be given for cancellations after June 7th as we must turn in our head count for lunch and will pay for the count given.
OR-PRIMA will continue its efforts to remain paperless so prior to the conference the session handouts and speaker bios will be made available on our website.
For those who wish to stay at the Oregon Garden Resort, a block of rooms at the rate of $129 single/double occupancy plus tax for Thursday, June 16th and $209 for Friday, June 17th (rooms come with a free full hot breakfast buffet and admission to the gardens). After June 17, 2022 rooms will be charged at their regular rate. To make a reservation and receive the discounted rate, you must contact the Oregon Garden Resort at 503-874-2500. Or you may make reservations online at www.oregongardenresort.com. You will be prompted for a group attendee code which is: PRIMA.
