Mt Bachelor Village is sold out. The Marriott TownePlace Suites (approximately 3 minute drive), is honoring the government per diem rate. To make a reservation at the TownePlace Suites, call 541-382-5006 and ask for Ashley.

Oregon PRIMA Annual Conference
The 2016 Annual OR-PRIMA Conference will be held October 5 through October 7, 2016 at Mt Bachelor Village in Bend.  We have great speakers lined up for you with topics including a presentation on Building Value in Risk Management from National PRIMA President Dean Coughenour.  As in years past, Thursday night's dinner and entertainment is included as part of the registration (by popular demand we are bringing back Casino Night).

Spouses and guests of registered attendees may attend Thursday evening’s reception and dinner for a fee of $50. All guests must be registered and are required to wear a name badge to participate in the festivities.

Attendees are welcome to invite their guest to join them for the entertainment part of the evening free of charge.

Registration Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute and your registration was paid, OR-PRIMA will refund 100% of your registration fees if written notice is received by September 16, 2016; the refund amount will be reduced to 50% if written cancellation is received by September 23, 2016. Cancellations are not accepted by phone. We regret that refunds cannot be issued after September 23. If your registration was not paid and you cancel after September 18, OR-PRIMA will bill the balance due. Please send cancellation notices to Mike Murzynsky.

GUESTROOM RESERVATIONS
OR-PRIMA has negotiated a group rate of $105.00 per night (plus tax and service fee) for one bedroom accommodations; $210 per night (plus tax and service fee) for two bedroom accommodations; and $315 per night (plus tax and service fee) for three bedroom accommodations. To receive the discounted rate, reservations must be made by 5:00p.m., Monday, September 5, 2016.

At this time reservations can only be made via telephone. To make a reservation, contact the Mt. Bachelor Village Reservation Department at 877-394-8966 and reference group code 296782. Reservations are the responsibility of the individual. Please note that Mt. Bachelor Village has a 7 day cancellation policy. The full amount of the reservation will be charged for reservations cancelled less than 7 days in advance and for no shows.

RISK ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

RISK MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION 
There are several sessions that qualify for credit towards the Risk Management Certification.  Come take advantage of the opportunity to move closer to receipt of your certification.
